For students aged 5-9.

Monday afternoon 4-5pm (Note: Later start) with Ebony

Monday options:

• Full term weekly sessions

• Casual one off pass*

• 3 session pass*

Tuesday afternoons 3.45-4:45pm with Helen (Run alongside clay builders)

In this class students will be introduced to hand-building basics, working towards a range of vessels

We will cover:

• handbuilding techniques such as pinching, coiling and slab work

• decorating techniques with rollers, sgraffito, stamping and carving

• underglazing techniques

During this time our young potters will learn to make a range of vessels and will end up with 6-8 fired and glazed pieces!
